1. Vacuum homogenizer emulsification pot. As the name suggests, vacuum emulsification refers to the use of high-shear emulsifier to efficiently, quickly and evenly distribute one phase or multiple phases to another phase under a vacuum state. Normally, each phase (such as oil phase and water phase) is incompatible with each other. It uses the strong kinetic energy brought by the machinery to make the material endure hundreds of thousands of combined effects of hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, impact tearing, and flow in the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor per minute, so that the immiscible phases are instantly and evenly dispersed and emulsified under the combined action of the corresponding mature technology and appropriate amounts of additives. After high-frequency cycles, a bubble-free, delicate and stable high-quality product is finally obtained. 2. The following is the working process of the emulsifier: 1. Under the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating rotor, materials are sucked into the working chamber from the upper and lower feeding areas simultaneously from the axial direction. 2. Strong hydraulic shear, liquid layer friction, tearing and collision are formed at the outer end of the high-speed rotating rotor, so that the materials are fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, broken, and ejected through the stator slot at the same time. 3. The material is continuously ejected from the radial direction at high speed, forming two strong churning turbulence flows in the upper and lower directions. The material goes through several cycles and finally completes the dispersion and emulsification process.
