Heating and stirring emulsification pot refers to the use of high-shear emulsifier to efficiently, quickly and evenly distribute one phase or multiple phases to another phase in a vacuum state. Normally, each phase (such as oil phase and water phase) is incompatible with each other. It uses the strong kinetic energy brought by the machinery to make the material endure hundreds of thousands of combined effects of hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, impact tearing, and flow in the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor per minute, so that the immiscible phases are instantly and evenly dispersed and emulsified under the combined action of the corresponding mature technology and appropriate amounts of additives. After high-frequency cycles, a bubble-free, delicate and stable high-quality product is finally obtained.
